dot Q: Where are you located?

A:  We are located in East Texas at 5543 State Highway 259 North - between Diana & Ore City. Do NOT PLUG our physical address into your GPS. If using a GPS, set it for intersection US 259 N & FM 726! (We are a mile or 2 NORTH of the intersection) Some GPS systems are sending drivers in the wrong direction!!

Q: What are your hours?

A: We are open 7-days week by reservations only.  We can accommodate most any time wanted. Reservations are taken by phone only. Please phone 903-968-6924 between the hours of 9:00 am-7:00 pm.

A: Reservations are made only by phone. Please phone 903-968-6924 between the hours of 9:00 am-7:00 pm to make your reservation. We DO NOT make reservations, or confirm open dates via email.

dot Q: Who is required to sign a waiver?

A: Everyone who is going to be on the property beyond the office!  It doesn't matter if you are a guest, or spectator to an event, if you are going to be on the property, you MUST sign a waiver.  This includes people ranging in age from 0-100+.

Q: What is your package prices for parties/events or weddings?

A: We do not have "one fits all" pricing.  We need to know what your event will consist of, the length of time you want the venue, how many guests, what you would like to include in your event, etc. We would love to discuss your event and if you would like, give you a tour.  Please phone 903-968-6924 for pricing and reservation information.

dot Q: Do you offer gift certificates?

A: Yes. Phone 903-968-6924 to purchase your gift certificate.  You do not have to purchase them in person.  We can email them to you!

dot Q: What if my event gets rained out?

A: In case of inclement weather, rain checks are issued and are good for up to 6-months from the date booked.

dot Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: No.  Once you have booked and paid your deposit, we cannot offer a refund. If you have to cancel your event, or in case of inclement weather, rain checks are issued and are good for up to 6-months from the date booked.

dot Q: Do you have food & drinks or can we bring our own?

A: Yes. We have a snack bar and snacks & drinks are available.
A: No. Outside drinks and food are not permitted without prior consent. Outside food & drinks are permitted only for large groups who are hosting an event and they must receive permission prior to the event.

Q: Is smoking & alcohol allowed?

A: No. Smoking and/or alcoholic beverages are not allowed at any time. Also, this is a family friendly environment so please no inappropriate language or conduct.

Q: Can my child join activities without my being present?

A: Yes, but only when accompanied by an adult. You will need to pre-sign a participation waiver.  Persons under 18-years and under must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver. Children 15-years & younger must wear a life-vest when participating in any of the water activities.
